This Saturday, Bruno and I made Beef Tenderloin with a Merlot Demiglace reduction sauce. It was a very french dish. We had an excellent bottle of 11 year old Bordeaux.
I bought 4 Riedel Extreme Cabernet glasses, which helped to enhace the flavor of the wine. I never realized how mucha glass can affect that!
Tomorrow (9/3) I’ll bike ride and then I’ve got to get Mosix working on the cluster!
